Activist investor Starboard Worth misplaced an effort to dam an Autodesk (NASDAQ:ADSK) shareholder vote from taking place subsequent month.
Autodesk (ADSK) confirmed that it’ll maintain its annual assembly on July 16 after a Delaware decide’s choice, in line with an announcement on Thursday.
